Meditation/Laughter Yoga Sessions via Zoom

This free event is hosted weekly, and limited in space.

We alternate between Laughter Yoga and Meditation every other week. Join us for Laughter Yoga, Meditation or both!

Join us for Meditation this Sunday!

The Meditation session is based upon my Primordial Sound Meditation training, and is a guided practice with a modern feel to it. We gently move through the 4 soul questions, your mantra, the 4 soul intentions, setting an intention for the week, and close the session.

Laughter Yoga is a gentle exercise program blending yogic breathing and laughter exercises. It lowers stress levels, lowers anxiety, boosts your immune system, and your overall mood too! Each Laughter Yoga session is filled with laughter, playfulness, and fun!

You are welcome to attend both Laughter Yoga and Meditation, or simply choose one and meet alternating Sundays.
