Laughter Yoga / Hasya Yoga

Perfect for corporate settings, retirement communities, schools, and private sessions, Laughter Yoga is a gentle exercise program that teaches all how to laugh for no reason. Research shows that sustained laughter for 10 minutes or more a day can boost the immune system & inner calm, lower stress levels and blood pressure, as well as aid in memory and digestion. Through a fun blend of yogic breathing exercises and laughter exercises, all walk through the warm-up, breathwork, childlike playfulness and laughter exercises.
