Meditation Session via Zoom

This free event is hosted weekly, and limited in space.

This week is Meditation. The Meditation session is based upon my Primordial Sound Meditation training, and is a guided practice with a modern feel to it.

Using your Primordial Sound Mantra, or a different mantra, you gently move through the 4 soul questions, your mantra, the 4 soul intentions, setting an intention for the week, and then I close the session.

What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga combines yogic breathing with playful laughter exercises. Though it may feel a bit strange at first-laughing for no reason-it soon becomes a natural and joyful habit. After practicing these exercises, I find myself laughing more easily, and my happiness has increased. Laughter Yoga is a wonderful addition to my daily wellness practice!

Why Laughter Yoga?

It taps into the childlike playfulness that we tend to lose as adults. When was the last time you laughed for no reason? Small children laugh freely on playgrounds, and that kind of laughter is infectious-it brings smiles to everyone around them. Laughter Yoga gives us space to enjoy that kind of joyful uninhibited laughter. And, the best part? Your brain benefits from the laughter, whether it is real, or just “fake it till you make it”!

We alternate between Laughter Yoga and Meditation every other week. Join us for Laughter Yoga, Meditation or both!

This week is Meditation. The Meditation session is based upon my Primordial Sound Meditation training, and is a guided practice with a modern feel to it. We gently move through the 4 soul questions, your mantra, the 4 soul intentions, setting an intention for the week, and close the session.

Laughter Yoga is a gentle exercise program blending yogic breathing and laughter exercises. It lowers stress levels, lowers anxiety, boosts your immune system, and your overall mood too! Each Laughter Yoga session is filled with laughter, playfulness, and fun!

You are welcome to attend both Laughter Yoga and Meditation, or simply choose one and meet alternating Sundays.
